Wear Simplicity...be Elegant!

Our life these days revolve around fashion and the "in-things". Fashion world has taken us for stride and we are more than happy to ride. I guess nothing wrong about that. Stepping back into the real world where our hearts rule and conscience dictates, it becomes then a tug of war kind of situation between our brain and mind.

I was always amazed by the glory of those wonderful movie stars wearing dazzling outfits and masks of make-up. But as and how I grew realities started unfolding about those shiny things and I realized that even those movie stars who are shining always have a simple life afterall. They are totally aware of the role they play in movies and get back to simple, pure life for their day.

These glitterati amazed me more than ever now and make me acknowledge their true life of giving. So its true that simplicity ideally rules the world. Simplicity does not mean getting boring, getting old, getting outdated. It is THE only thing that's constant and will be. As we remove our make-up in the night while sleeping. Why do we do that, because we are getting in touch with our own self, our true self, our own life where that make-up does not mean anything, but simplicity sure leads us into the divine world. Pure way of getting into someones heart is not having loads of foundation covering true face, or using costly gadgets but giving a pure simple smile with no judgements, no prejudice or without a doubt. Sure those wonderful costly things add to the beauty at times but can never ever become a beauty. They always remain accessories and so are they called that way...accessories that enhance our true beauty. We should for sure take it that way.

No person can ever be judged by the way he or she uses accessories,  as true person doesn't even come into this world wearing jazzy outfits or costly jewellery. What he or she brings along is a beautiful mind and bundle of conscience. We inspite of being aware of this keep judging others and rating them on the scale of accessories. AND at one point of time praise the celebs for being simple and down to earth..whats that all about?
Simplicity leads to serenity and serenity is the definite way to  divinity. From now on for me simplicity is the '"in-thing" which will never be outdated or out of fashion as it is directly related to the mind conscious and not the accessories.

"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication” by ― Leonardo da Vinci and "simple living high thinking"  are the wonderful quotes by truly fashionable and beautiful people around :D

Praj very powerful writing. Yes, indeed simplicity is what makes you open to look all sorts of good things in the world. Those who can not differentiate between shining and keeping self down there all sorts of frustration starts.
Really enjoyed reading your blog, felt closer.
Keep glorifying yourself and when its not necessary please get in to your pajamas (simplicity) to learn and collect more knowledge so that you can shine for next day!

Hi praju, so true in real sense. No one is so miserable in life than a person who tries to be different from his body, mind and soul. Materialistic things to some people are so important than human emotions. Good thoughts. Keep them coming.

Lovely Praj! This speaks to one of my favorite quotes:
"The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak." Hans Hofmann
